Talk to General Physician on Stargardt Disease

Sir I have been diagnosed stargardt some 2 years ago.... Since then I have been searching for any cure for this.. but all the enthusiasm of doctors are washed away after they learn about my disease...
Have you any advice for me in this regard..
Currently I am receiving no treatment...
Being a serviceman I am under treatment of AFIO....

use sunglasses dark avoid direct sun in your eyes avoid smoking even passive smoking sorry this is genetic disorder no treatment so far

There is no treatment of this genetic disorder However Ophthalmologist advise some times to avoid UV light and vitamin A containing supplements or foods etc (usually orange or yellow colored foods ) to slow the progression of the disease. Hopefully In Sha Allah some treatment may evolve in future but currently prognosis is not good for it
did any injury, fever or anxiety or any other type of trauma occurred 2years ago when this disease appeared first???
