Talk to General Physician on Sore Throat
Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Lahore
I have sore dry throat from past two days with little mucous and today having some cough too. Already taking steam, toot siah and telecast D I didn’t go out anywhere from past 9 days only husband brings grocery. I have sinus issues too. Do I need any test? I live in joint family and have children so can’t self isolate.

no need to worry. Take steam, hot fluids, rest.. no need to self isolate.
Are you having fever?
There is no need of any test in context of covid 19 untill and unless there is no definite history of contact with confirmed corona positive case or travelling history
social distancing and hand wasging are key to keep onself safe
You should continue to take steam and anti hsitamine tablets (telfast D) and be watchful
Hopefully these symptoms will subide
I hope everything is ok . Gargles, panadol and steam . Keep mask on at least . And wash your hands more frequently. You have no fever that’s a good thing . All the best

Fever high grade?
dry cough??
foreign country travel history or close contact with such person within 2 weeks?
if your answer is No
then you are not high risk of Corona
don't not worry , you don't have any symptoms of Corona but routine upper respiratory tract infection.
I don’t think that you need tests for corona
