Talk to General Physician on Something On Sole Of Foot, Hurting A Little

I have something on sole of my foot, it looks like something hard and round shape is under the skin, I pulled it out, it was like hard dried skin, and a hole was left in that space… then after few days that space was again filled with something black and hard…. It also feels that there is small swelling or liquid trapped under the skin
