Dear Dr, Please let me know,how can I give sleeping pill.Is it ok to add half tablet in hot tea?? secondly,how much time afterwards it can be used either tea or any juice.

Before giving just make sure safety of drug and dose of drug to avoid unnecessary complications and keep in mind the comorbid conditions if any which can aggregate the side effects.
Simply take with a glass of water 2 hours before sleep.
Hi. It’s not a good thing to embark on sleeping pills. U must first establish what’s the issue that is leading to sleeplessness. Treat that first. It may be some other underlying disease like sleep apnea. Using sleeping pills may lead to addiction. Get advice from a sleep specialist in Dubai before continuing with sleeping pills. He may advise u appropriate hygienic sleeping habits and that may be the only thing necessary or he may need sleep study depending upon the situation

All dear docs. Just wanna use only once.i know it has side effects.My question is ,I repeat please let me know can I add it in hot tea or no ?
Don't mix with hot tea or juice.give it with plain water 2 hours before sleep
