Talk to General Physician on Sleep Problem, Weakness, Body Fat
Asking for Mother, Female, 46 years old, Muzaffargarh
My mother has sleep problem, she has tried some doctors consultion already much better, but still poor health quality overall. she thinks doctors just gives sleep pills and its difficult to get off of those things. if I say eat more to get fit she says about her weight, when i say do walk she says she has weakness but still does half hour walk, but she is not fit, cant bear the heat of kitchen. please recommend what I do now? problems are weakness,sleep problem, and fat weight.

hight 5'2', weight 75, bp 110,78 , eufrium and forget others. sleep issue, weakness! I have used cucumber water which helped my stomach. If i eat more i get weight issue like body is swelled.

if i Take sleep pills like xanax or relexen they give bad reaction, on the other hand gravinet helps me why?
