Talk to General Physician on Shortness Of Breath

i was smoking very roughly and got a tickling pain inside my right chest portion, especially while smoking after two months of that pain i quit smoking and now it's been 6 months but it's still there but it's very minor and now only shows up when i stretch or move. I'm currently having 1. shortness of breath (from 2 months) 2. chest pain 3. Extreme laziness 4. and sometimes backbone pain near chest portion
