First of I will thank to MORHAM doing great job. I am 19 yrs 5.2 feet tall i want to gain more so I have research spending my time and found some kind of subliminals video claming that will gain the height is it possible to increase height by listening that subliminal frequency plz answer me.

Height usually goes averge of parental height if ur parents too hv height of 5 to 5.3 its normal for u. U still 2 to 3 yrs to gain little bit other option are surgical retractions etc but thats for very small less thn 5 feet persons.Eat healthy do exercise and also do ur thyroid levels if its ok nothing to worry
