Can i take sharbat e faulad daily with milk? Are there any side effects of it?
There are no particular side effects, but as Faulad means Iron...ingesting iron and calcium (from milk), is counterproductive. They decrease each other's absorption. So even if you are taking them both, it won't help much with your iron levels or calcium levels. So preferably take them at different times.
