I’m a 20 year old boy. I have been suffering from low sperm count but the main thing is that I do not do any wrong things at all. Even then I am suffering from this thing. My organ has become small. My sperm has become water-like. It gets leaked whenever a sexual thought occurs. I am losing my hair and they are turning white. My hands are shaky, my heart is becoming weak. I am going in severe depression. Kindly tell me how can I come out of this problem as I do not even do any wrong things. Thanks!
