Having lot of secretion with blood. I got fever two weeks back, done my COVID test with negative result. What would be the problem to have blood in secretion ?

Dear patient amount of blood matters is it only a streak of blood or fresh blood.excessive coughing sometimes also cause blood streaking u should undergo so basic other tests first like cbc.sputum test for tb (gene expert)and sputum culture.kindly take it serious and contact me on my profile with lab reports thanks.

Not a big amount of blood, it came from nose after my COVID nose swap test. Today is third day , now only secretion not blood.
