Asthma ka ilaj bakaeda pora kia ye bich mn chor dia?
Seasonal asthma ka koi na koi triggering factor hota he like dust, pollen, or wheat waste. Try to avoid such exposure and use mask whenever visit outside or such field.
Drink plenty of water.
Continue the same treatment.

Main 2010 sy is ka ilaj krwa rhi hn ... Different doctors sy but koi faida nh hwa abhi NIH sy bi mra vacination ka course krwa rhi hn.. Lagatar ilaj nh krwaya jb seasonal problem hta h to shuru krwati hn

Complete treatment krwaen bich mn discontinue na krain is se treatment effective nae rehta. Above all, avoid triggering factors that provoke asthma. Use face mask when go outside. Avoid sour salty food.

u should seek proper treatment bt as a home remedy use 7-8 euclyptus oil in boiling hot water for steam and inhale it with a towel on face.. or put the pot in ur room before sleeping..
