I never had such feeling i don't know is it restlessness or something else because I am unaware of such things sometimes i feel my heart beat is fast n sugar level drops but from few days the feeling at heart n left arm is permanent

I feel chestpain sometimes and heartbeats also get irregular i don't smoke and i didn't have any cardiologist history and 2ndly i have low diabetes issue but currently its aldo normal
