Reports show complicated Diabetes that’s needs comprehensive care.

medicine for coughing and infection r alright but your father seems to
have other issues too like Diabetes and dyslipidemia and low levels of vit
d.These issues need special attention.
Ask from your doctor for treatment options.
patient is complicated Diabetes , need proper management and treatment, he
should visit physician physically.
I cant see any report showing infection. You need to consult as there are
abnormalities in other reports
