For two days I have recurrent low grade fever less than 99. That goes and comes many times a day. Particularly, I feel hot in my upper body and heartbeat increased. No any other symptom other than this. What could be the cause?

My weight is 73 Kgs and Height is 5' 8"

Is there any other complaint like sore throat, cough or diarrhoea? Also please let me know any history of travel, and is anybody suffering from fever in and around the households?

Upper abdomen and chest feels hot. And that brings about back pain and warmness. Burping is also common even if I dont eat. Abdominal pain is ocassional and cramps aswell.

When body feels warm, nausea takes place as well only during that episode. Sometimes it feels like something is stuck in throat.

No other symptoms such as cough or shortness of breath. And no travel history. No one elseis suffering from fever/flu.

Doctor please note that I have mild Gerd/Acid Reflux issue for which I visited Aku ER almost a month back. But it has been fine since than.

For two weeks now I am not taking Esso, 40mg which was prescribed to me since symptoms were long gone.

New addition is warm/feverish feeling.

This happens in episodes. Not constantly.
