Asking for Father, Male, 67 years old, Mirpurkhas

My father is known case of diabetic , hypertensive with gout problem, he took daily antihypertensive medicine (ace inhibitor),insulin with inosita tablet, gouric, ascard , fenoget(lipid lowering drug). He had a problem of whole body swelling specially at cheeks and lips ,and multiple swelling in all other part of body 1-2 times in a wk, and subside after taking any antiallergy, his CBC is normal, lipid profile deraanged, uric acid 6.4, creatinine 1.5, HbA1c is 7.4, and IgE level 600 , kindly sir tell me what v further do for him to solve this problem
