Talk to General Physician on Problem After Colonoscopy And Biopsy

Aoa dr I am ibs diarrhoea patient since 2 years when I moved to Pakistan from Ksa my symptoms increased even sometimes blood had came in stool (stool for occult blood came positive ) dr suggested colonoscopy with biopsy , I done colonoscopy in dec which came normal still dr done biopsy from cecum, rectum ,terminal of ileum which also normal , after two months of this test after 2 months my navel pain started sometime sharp sometimes dull on and off, now it’s also sharp stabbing pain on my rectum area doctor done 2 times abdominal pelvis ultrasound which came normal , now I can’t sleep due to that pain dr what is the prob ? And which are diagnosis test needed for this navel and rectum pain ?? (I attached colonoscopy and biopsy report)
