Asking For Self, Female, 31 Years old, Uk

hi i am from UK, recently got my Hba1c checked which came up as 45, last year november it was 42, my gp told me that i need to control it before i fall in the category of diabetics.. i am a lactating mother too… just need advice for the portions of my food as it gets very difficult sometimes to know how much.. how much roti can i eat, specially gramflour roti… i will be 32 soon and i am 62kgs at the moment, my weight till last year was 53kgs and its suddenly gone up.. too much belly fat all of a sudden 32inches i can say…Thanks in advance

no i dont have acne.. i did had gestational diabates though.. and my family is also diabetic so theres a history of diabetes in the family too
