Talk to General Physician on Piles Problem

I am having piles problem since few years. It was initially with bleeding. Now it doesn't with bleeding but sometimes happen. I had endoscopy, colonoscopy and C.T scan all reports were clear 3 years back. And 3 years back had blood transfusion in aneamea case. My CBC level usually stays at below average like 7 or 8. Iron deficiency found. Now condition is after passing stool with difficulty like its injured inside and i feel cold and happen fever. I take panadol than it comes to normal temperature. I took course of the medicine "Daflon 500mg" for a week.
