I have intial stage of hamorid , piles, but no I bleeding pain after faeces eliminating, any gel or medicine recommended, I use balnce diet no spice, maslas , my doctor give me gel for use, but no improvement.

Just take tablet Daflon 2 bd for two weeks with syp cremaffin 4 tea spoon in luke warm milk at night and apply GTN spray locally take sitz bath for 2 weeks
You should take diet rich in fibre mostly vegetables,Medicines which you should take:Tab Ciproxin 500mg 1+0+1(5 days) Tab Flagyl 1+1+1 (5 days) and Tronolane for local application 3 times a day plus if u have constipation Syp Duphalac 2 Tablespoons at night daily.
