I am suffering from piles. At earlier stage it bleed but now after passing of stool there is only swelling in hemorroids and secretion of liquid. i need to place a tissue for a while and within few hours hemorroids become minor but donot disappear. please suggest a remedy.

constipation aksar ho jati hai, office job hai to sitting or travelling zayada hai.bahir ka khana kafi kam kar dia hai.

Depends upon the stage of Piles which can only be determined by physical examination and Proctoscopic evaluation by a qualified surgeon. First two stages can be managed without surgery but if it’s 3rd or 4th stage , usually surgery is required
