Talk to General Physician on Piles
Asking for Self, Male, 28 years old, Lahore
For last one month i feel irritation while passing stole. This problem has increased slowly. Can anyone suggest a ointment/medication for it ? i can feel it with my finger and sometimes i feel irritation while sitting too. its on the left side of anus right near opening. Thanks

you can use Anusole HC or Xyloproct ointment
keep stools soft increase fibre in diet and plenty of water. avoid constipation
use the medication for 2-3 Wks

my problem is that i am taking many other medicines for my other ongoing problems
as part of that i am taking calcium which is causing constipation according to my dr
to counteract effect of calcium now i am taking magnesium for soft stool in addition to psyllium husk
its neither increasing nor decreasing...i want to avoid physical checkup and any other medicine that's why i asked about ointment.
kindly can u tell how many times a day i should use ointment ?
