Nikkah hua hy just rukhsati ni so u can say not married in that sense yeah I have gained weight within 1 to 2 years

Thanks for sharing ur concern. since when do u have irregular periods ? heavy bleeding ? any associated weight gain ? sleep disturbance ? intermenstrual spotting ? increased thirst , urination at night and increased hunger ? palpitations ? change in bowel motion or urination pattern ? headaches ? taking any type of medications ? married ? Kindly answer these.

Irregular periods for many years ,weight gain in last two years , sleeping issues r there, palpitations too, often headache for irregular periods I took 2 3 times Diane 35
Tell me more about sleeping issues ? sleeping more or less ? day time sleepiness ? related mood issues ? last menstrual period ? when did u take diane 35 ? and for how long ? any other medication ? Kindly book an appointment as there are important things to be ruled out on history. Also measure ur weight and height and let me know to calculate BMI. It’s important to run som investigations after history and then start some specific diet + exercise + medicine for weight loss , acne and periods. stay safe

Less sleeping at night,there is up and down in mood ,last period date was 6 April,I took Diane 35 2 or 3 years ago for two to three times,my height is 5:3 & weight is 59
