I've gone through some pathological tests, I need expert opinion from any doctor;
1. RBC - 6.1 (range 4.5 to 5.5) 2. MCV - 66 (range 80 to 100) 3. MCH - 22 (range 27 to 32) 4. Ferritin - 48 (Range 20 to 250) 5. Vitamin D3 - 12 (range above 30) 6. Vitamin B12 - 179 (range 206 to 678) 7. Calcium 9.2 - (range 8.6 to 10.2) 8. ESR 14 - (range 0 to 15) 9. CPR 2.3 - (range less than 5)
History: Suffering from anxiety and panic disorder with acute physical symptoms. Medication: Taking Miura D oral injections for Vitamin D3
Need medical assessment and advice for Vitamin B12 and iron supplement (if needed)

What's ur hb level?
You need Hb electrophoresis.
Ithink slight minor iron Def u have
U have to cover with good balance healthy diet eat apply in morning daily
Consume fresh dates
Ucan take oral vit d ampule to replace vit d deficiency and also vit b 12 cunsume with fruits vegetables and meat
Take tab folic acid 5mg x daily for 1minth that's enough thanks
