actually 5,6 years ago I got a panic attack and these attacks lasts for 6 months after that choty choty attack hty thy jab depress hoti the lekin zda bara ni hoa attack , I have to go through alot in my past and still em struggling, I am also a medical student , right now the prob is my partner doesn't understand and give value to me in his decision which make me extremely sad coz I have compromised in every situation as much as I can , jab bh larai hoti h I can't sleep pori pori raat , nend ni ati , Dil ghabrata h or heartbeat taiz o jati ha jab Tak sb normal na ho or beshak hafta lag jae asa h rhta I don't know ky is ma Sy kesy nikalun khud ko please help me and suggest me what to do also I have no friends no social circle
