go for chest x ray if ok then just relax and use fruits like watermelons and melons and cap risek 20mg daily for 10 days

but I don't have any pain chest or chest issues , so why should I do x-ray ? I have gastric issues. pain occurs for few minutes and vanish not daily.

Do ur Xray chest seems not much issue if ok not worry for that
Cap omeparazol 20mg before meal
Syp gaviscon 1 tsf before meal thanks for 2 weeks only
