Talk to General Physician on Pain On Right Side

Aoa dr Last month i had very bad cramp on the right side of my neck all of sudden while watching laptop it went away with voltral gel massage.. was unable to move my neck Now again i have a cramp all of sudden on my side of neck the intensity of pain is not that much but i have pain from 4 days.. pain seems like travelling in mu whole body on right side only like knee albow check collar bone I have no other symptoms no fever Im.an anxiety patient Im unable to sleep due to tension Is it a cancer or what.. is it something serious.. im too much afraid.. do i need to consult dr.. which dr ? Plz help me plz plz..
