i have sharp pain in stomach and bellt button, pain come and back i have this pain since morning i can't sleep i have burpes and since morning i have a light fever plus a little sore throat. and plus i am wearing belly fat belt for fat loss. help me

if pain doesnot settle see a doctor for examination
pain in stomach can be due increase acidity but if you have fever then it can be due to some infection. kindly get an appointment for detailed history

ohh but now i am having a light pain sometimes while eating and my oxygen drops.
i might have a shortness of breath and breath so heavy afterwards couldn't control it
