Talk to General Physician on Pain In Pelvic Bone And Chest Bone

Aoa sir/Madam I have severe pain in my bones not in joints.my RA factor is negative and vitamin d level is 31.05.i have painful bones and very much difficulty in standing.please suggest me right way to digonose my problem and it's solution.thanks
