Talk to General Physician on Pain In Muscles

I need help … few days ago May nay chocolate khai which was very hard like stone …. But aik bite lety h mery pain start h gai th starting from joint of mouth , temple , forehead and head and as well as in shoulder and neck ,… whenever I move my tongue on that side I feel a very sharp pain start from facial joint to head … plz tell me what kind of pain is this ? Is that serious one plz guide me I just need guidance thanks
