Get serum vitamin D levels checked. If low then get administer Indrop D intramuscular in nearby clinic OR you can drink 1 vial orally once every week for 4 weeks with milk

I think you should use simple painkillers and if you have Lower abdominal pain or Problem with periods. you should investigate for NSU
