Talk to General Physician on Pain In Left Arm And Hand

Aoa.. From almost a week I have been having short breath with almost a little work.. Or speaking.. Short breath is also accompanied by raised heart beat.. Like almost 100 to 105 beats per minute.. (self checked) this condition remains for couple of minutes then slowly goes back to normal.. It happens multiple times a day.. Now almost 3 days I have been having cramp like pains in my left arm n hand.. Like slow and steady cramps.. Sometimes they get more painful some times they are less.. But they remain.. Currently my hb is 9.7.. Kindly guide me what should be done..
