aoa i used to have acidity..for that i took risek, nexum, and now from 2 weeks i start feeling pain in chest like someone is pressing on one point. this happens when i eat or drink small even small amount. my cholesterol is 200.rest all test came normal. in ultrasound. my pancrias was not visible for that i had amyls which came normal too. pls guide

Do you have high blood pressure or diabetes or so you smoke?
if your ecg was normal then its most probably caused by acid peptic disease. for that we need to modify your lifestyle and diet first and give a trial of some medicines. if you are still symptomatic then we can go for interventions like endoscopy but in most of the cases following proper diet and life style changes and a good compliance to medicine the issue is resolved
