Talk to General Physician on Pain Above Right Arm Near Shoulder

I feel pain near shoulder area just above arm. NORMALLY have no pain but when I raise arms, I can lift my right arm completely. When I suddenly shake my arm or give right arm a jerk feel sudden severe pain. Used to lift shoulder bag on right shoulder. May be some vein is pressed or some muscles are swollen. Not sure yet. But I think issue is not with shoulder bone.im afraid I'm having some sort of arthritis as well. Had a surgery of thyroid few years ago.

As you have been carrying a bag on tour right shoulder carrying heavy weight can cause nerve impengment and bursitis of the shoulder joint. Pain killers would help inflammation and pain but do cold compression for 15-20mins 2 time a day. Shoulder stretches and physiotherapy is advisable. Please do get blood Vit D and calcium tested.
Proper examination and evaluation is suggeste for the pain and swelling. Consult a Physiotherapist for proper treatment and management of pain.
