Talk to General Physician on Pain.

Today wheni wokeupnin the morning I feel pain below right shoulder above breast...pain was not continuous like I feel when I move hand or lift something I feel pain.. I took my nuberol forte in afternoon.. after that pain was not there in night again m feeling but on both sides below shoulder above breast.. pain is mild but feel pain when I move.. what is the reason? 15 20 days before same pain I felt but it went In one day without any tablet.. my age is 28
