Aoa, I m experiencing severe nausea all the time without any obvious reason. My blood pressure is slightly low. Along with nausea, I also have bitter taste in mouth and due to this problem I skip meal. I don't have other complain which can cause nausea. Can you please guide me what sort of problem I m facing? I have this problem since 3 4 days. It gets severe during periods. I can barely do any physical activity in home.
Most likely you are suffering from a condition called GERD. (reflux disease).
Take dinner 2-3 hrs before going to sleep.
