*Agar koi chai coffee raat ko lete hain sone se pehle tou avoid karen,raat ko khamosh room mein lights off kar ke sone ki koshish karein.

App Please Psychiatrist say consult Karein ( Marham online video consult bhi available hay). Depression ko seriously lein. Is ka elaj karein gay to ghabrahat aur anxiety main bahut behtari aye gi. Pakistan say bahar depression ki dawa over the counter nahi milti, us kay liye app ko prescription chahiye jo app ko app ka psychiatrist /doctor day sakta hay aur phir us a proper follow up karna bahut zarori hay.
