It's been a month, I was feeling tensing at the back part of my feet, right above the heal & this usually happend when I start walking after a sleep or after sitting for a while. From last 2 days, it is not just tensing but paining too.. What could be the reason? Also I am having dark yellow urine once or twice a day and just after that one, next one is of normal colour I am getting worried, plz help

2) Detailed female history is needed
3) Dark yellow urine generally means you are not drinking enough water. Make sure you drink 10-12 glasses water per day
4) You can take Tab. Samerol N, 2 tablets thrice daily (don't take if you are already taking any painkillers). Wear comfortable footwear.

Doc my weight is 63 kgs. I am married with one daughter, who is 2 years old, via c section. And I am having atleast 10 to 12 glasses daily, atill having dark yellow urine, thats y I consider it unusual

Get Utine DR done. Urine is sometimes light and at other times dark, this suggests normal kidney. Did you breast feed your daughter?
Take Tab. Polybion 1 daily for 6 months and Tab. Neurobion 1 daily for 6 months.
Post picture of heel area which hurts. You may need an MRI of the area if there is swelling, redness or if pain increases upon touching.

ASA! It looks like dehydration signs in your body . Just try drinking lots of fluids at least 2-3 liters / day. Use some pain killer for 5 days and massage voltaren gel at the painful area. If the symptom persist then you need to have a detailed consultation with General Physician to diagnose the actual cause. Thanks
Must highlight your daily routine. Do you have active lifestyle or sedentary one? This type of pain is due to muscular weakness. Do consult a physiotherapist.

May be little enlargement of heel's bone called "Calcanial spur" may be confirmed by doing X-ray heel(Ap&Lat view) which may improve by using particular type of sleepers(shoes). For urine problem take abundant quantity of water & get test of Urine Dr.
