Muscle Spasm And Lathargic

My husband is facing muscle spasm for the last month and his hands hurt at times. he is also lethargic most of the day and he doesn\'t feel fresh and mostly sleepy. Meanwhile his night sleep is almost gone and he hardly sleeps. Usually leaves the AC room and goes out for fresh air.
