Asking For Self, Female, 41 Years old, Lahore
My right arm, from shoulder to bicep and down is hurting for 2-3 months. Its muscle pain and its constant. I cant even pick up anything heavy from that arm. Panadol is not working, what should I do?

Started couple of months ago. Didn’t fall or picked up anything heavy. I have habit of sleeping in the right side since childhood. Never happened before but now my right arm and right side of top of the thigh also hurting for couple of months. I am trying to sleep on left side now but can’t do that for whole night

sometimes stress on mental plan results as outburst of symptoms on physical level... that's why asking
