start taking vitamin b supplement and multi vitamin as well daily. also visit a Good Dentist for proper checkup of teeth soft tissues and tongue.
if your mouth remain dry then drink more water and rinse with water mixed with glycerine
avoid pan/smoking.
Sometimes a small roughness on tooth/ teeth can cause ulcer on tongue or it might be a condition called apthous ulcers, so visiting a good dentist is a must.
