Start 1 Tab Revitale B after breakfast will take care of all. Apply somojel. Rinse with Hydrogen peroxide twice aday. Mix equal parts with water.

wash and rinse mouth with salt water and baking soda two to three times a day and apply Medijel gel. Avoid hard tooth brush and scraping soft tissue while brushing , hot and hard food. take any multivitamin that has vitamin B12 and iron in it
