I have always hated sounds produced during eating.. but from last few years the problem has now increased and is causing me serious issues.. i haven't eaten food with my family members for last 2 years and if i have to, its a whole experience of anxiety.. many times i actually left my food and ran to another room.. now it has increased to an extent that i can't bear the sound of yawning.. i am extremely worried because of my condition. please help
this is not big problem you can eat with close mouth and during try to close your mouth
Well you should avoid the things that trigger it.
keep yourself busy in things you love to do.
Try to use earplugs while having dinner with family.
Start thinking about other things when you come across any trigger or move away.
Try to do practice by recording sounds that make you angry,and listen them in low voice to counteract it.

hi.. apologist if the query wasn't clear.. i have problem listening to these sounds.. other people eating, yawning, sneezing bothers me
