Mild To Moderate Mitral Valve Regurgitation

Question

37 years healthy female mom of 3. Few months bck had eco showing thickened mitral valve mild to moderate regurgitation no stenosis, mild truscpid regurgitation with mildly raised pulmonary artery systolic pressure 38mmhg no stenosis, mild aortic regurgitation no stenosis. Ef is 66%. My gp said it's normal. I'm also anxiety patient taking ssri zoloft 50mg daily. Kindly assist. Thanks
