Assalamoalikm.. My brother was having sore throat so he use leflox and soften now he has no sore problem but now he is having dry cough. He has no symptoms of covid 19. No fever no bady pain. Only he is having dry cough.

Kindly let me know about ur day 1 of fever ???? Also take panadol and tab telfast 60mg daily . For dry cough use ginger tea and avoid junks and cold beverages.
