Talk to General Physician on May Be Related To Brain

Dear Sir, I am suffering from Following symptoms in this regards, I only want to know that should I go to Psychiatrist or Neurologist? Excess Saliva, Extreme Memory loss, Lossing Hand Grip, Focus Problem and Speech Difficulty.
