in muraqba we concentrate and focus and I can't focus even in meditation. I try my best to concentrate on namaz as Allah ordered us to do so but everything is abt focus and distraction issue I face

thanks for suggestions but I think it's new disorder also for psychologist and psychiatrist. I visited to a psychiatrist he just understand it as normal attention and focus deficit and refer me some medicines but I am not satisfied with it. the daydreams are not relate our real life activities but these dreams and thoughts are irrationals
