Asking For Someone else, Husband, Male, 46 Years old, Islamabad
He has fever mostly 99-100 and once 101 and 102 from last 7 days. Initially taken antibiotic Leflox, Danzen DX 10mg, Kestine 10mg. But got little impact. Later started AzoMax. But situation is same. Over all No breathing issue just little cough and fever. Recently taken CRP test and value is 49mg/l. And Chest Xray showing "I'll defined opacity ia seen in right lower zone. Possibility of basal infiltrate secondary to atypical pneumonia including COVID-19 pneumonia can out be ruled out". Left lung field is clear with no evidence of mass, atelectasis or pulmonary infiltrate..Does this mean it's covid and impactes in lungs?

There is high likelihood of covid infection. Do Corona PCR and take rest and supportive treatment. Need detailed discussion also.
