my wife is suffering from lower back pain for last one year. her mri reports are attached. when she make exursion, she got swelling around lower spine. it happens frequently. she is currently on coltramyl SoS, voltrene SOS, magnesium tab. kindly advise  whose case is this and what will be the possible treatment.
