Talk to General Physician on Loss Of Smell N Taste

I was having flu from last week. and yesterday i lost my sense of smell n taste. but flu isn't there anymore. i regularly take surbex z and nature's bounty vitamin C, started CaC1000 too. I'm gonna go tomorrow for covid test. meanwhile i have started isolation. having no other symptoms. any doc can advice me something? is it corona or nasal blockage can effect smell n taste? i took arinac when i had flu.
