Talk to General Physician on Loss Of Smell
Asking For Self, Female, 31 Years old, Lahore
I had a slight zukaam for a couple of days and nose blockage for a while, I still have a slight zukaam but noticed that I have lost my sense of smell only, I can still taste things. Can someone please tell me if this is Covid or the usual symptoms of a zukaam. Will i get my sense of smell back.

xynosine nasal spray din me 2 br krein tab: softin subha sham lein pani zyada piyen pareshani km lein khush zyada rhein panadol lein agr bukhar hta hai aur agr koi symptom worse hti hai to aik chest xray PA view krwayein aur covid test krwayein.. no need to worry

Loss of smell can very much be a symptom of blocked nose or Zukaam.In these days of Covid,one has high index of suspicion for Covid.Watch for fever and rise in temperature.If there is history of Covid in the house or amongst your contacts,Get your Covid tested for reassurance.

Yes, I tested positive for Covid. I have received both doses of the vaccine and still tested positive. I steamed, but my sense of smell keeps coming and going at different times of the day. It is very confusing
